Austempered Ductile Iron
Austempered Bendable Iron (ADI) is a sort of malleable iron that is portrayed by expanded sturdiness, elasticity and wear opposition contrasted with typical pliable irons. SG Iron Castings
S G Iron, also known as Spheroidal Graphite Iron or Ductile Iron, is a specific type of cast iron that undergoes a special treatment process while in its molten state. This treatment involves adding elements like magnesium or cerium, which stimulate the formation of graphite in the form of nodules or spherulites. The key advantage of S G Iron is its enhanced ductility, which means it can be easily manipulated or shaped without breaking.

Ni-Hard Castings
Ni-Hard is a type of white cast iron that belongs to a family of alloys containing nickel and chromium. These additions enhance the hardness of the material and provide exceptional resistance to abrasion. Ni-Hard offers a significant advantage over traditional cast iron or mild steel when used in cast form. The wear resistance of Ni-Hard ensures a much longer lifespan, withstanding the erosive forces caused by abrasive materials flowing through the system.

Ni- Resist Casting
When combined with Nickel, S.G. iron forms a stable austenitic nodular iron known as Ni-Resist. This alloy offers exceptional resistance to expansion and oxidation at high temperatures, specifically up to 925°C. Ni-Resist finds its primary application in Gas turbines, Automotive Exhaust, and Turbocharger Systems, where the temperature ranges from 500 to 1050°C. Its ductility allows it to withstand severe thermal shocks without breaking.

Shell Moulded Casting
Shell moulded castings are created using a specialized process, forming a thin shell around a pattern. This technique ensures high dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish, making them suitable for intricate and detailed components in various industries.
